The mobile filling device is installed on the cylinder car to facilitate the cylinder to be carried on board the ship. The unloader’s main pressure gauge shows the pressure in the bottle in units of bar, psi and kPa. The secondary pressure gauge indicates the required filling pressure and can be easily set with a handle. With an integrated pressure reducer, the bottle pressure can be reduced to the desired filling pressure. Self-closing couplings in this mobile filling truck allow for discharge of free SF6 gas handling.
